Will AI replace my staff?

No. In the workflows we build, AI takes over repetitive groundwork such as reading, sorting and summarising. Decisions and exceptions stay with people.

How reliable are AI results?

That depends on the task and data quality. That is why we test on real examples and plan checks before a workflow goes live.

Will my data be used for training?

That can be controlled. We use providers whose terms contractually exclude your data from training (for example business or API terms), or locally run models.

How does AI automation differ from conventional automation?

Conventional automation follows fixed rules. AI comes in when information is unstructured and first needs to be understood. The best solution is often a combination of both.
